1. General Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ahe365 platform and all related services. When you create an account on the ahe365 website or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

A deposit of ৳32,000 or more will yield the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Wagering will only be valid on designated games.
• If multiple accounts or irregular betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The ahe365 VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. ahe365 reserves the right to change the terms of this program at any time.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer will be subject to its own terms and conditions.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Technical Errors

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ahe365 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illicit funds.
• Unauthorised interference with or hacking of software or systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a third party.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Submitting false or misleading documents.

If any of the above activities are detected, ahe365 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ahe365 may suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User
